EsatesDB is a client / property management and promotion tool for the real estate trade. The system installs on a windows XP based PC, uploads property data to its web search engine and allows for:

 

Client Detail Entry, contact logging

Allows the easy editing of full  contact details for clients, including 4 telephone numbers and Bulgarian company details. Log telephone and Email contacts with the client.

 

Property Details Entry, Photo auto resizing, report logging

All your photos are automatically scaled and copied into the system memory (up to 6 per property). Log all property comments and edit a comprehensive list of property details, such as:

General: Title, Location, Description, Plot m2, View, Access, €/m2, Other.

Houses/Apts: Living Area, Bedrooms, Bathrooms,  Kitchen, Pool, Condition, Parking, AirCon, Terrace, completion

Land: Power, Water, Phone, Regulation, Elevation.

 

Property Search & Display, Email to client

Search and display properties for the client on your PC. Search by Type, Area & price range. A copy of the search can be emailed directly to the client.
